Courtroom & Expert Witness Awareness (CEWA) is a specialised course designed for RF Technicians, Analysts, DMIs, and professionals producing Cell Site Analysis & digital evidence.

Specifically tailored to suit those who may be required to attend court to provide evidence (fact or opinion) in this field, the course ensures participants are equipped to fulfil their roles compliantly, effectively, and confidently.

Key topics include an overview of the courts and the criminal justice system, the roles and responsibilities of Expert Witnesses/Professional Witnesses, techniques for evidence presentation and cross-examination, and awareness of cognitive bias. Participants will engage in knowledge acquisition, discussions, and practical exercises in a simulated courtroom setting.

The course culminates in a practical assessment on day three, with successful attendees receiving a certificate of attendance upon completion.
